lukethorold I saw these guys live at a small venue when they were working on this record. I was immediately entranced by their deep thematic compositions and thoughtful song developments. They are incredibly tight live, which the recording captures somewhat. I can't wait to see where they go from here, it can only be onwards and upwards.

Comme Satan Worshipping Doom et Miserable, Terminal est un album qui vraiment toute son ampleur quand il est écouté d'une traite car il s'agit d'une lente agonie qui s'étend sur presque trois-quarts d'heure. Les sonorités psychédéliques propres à Bongripper sont absentes et le stoner/doom metal du quartette tend plutôt vers une sphère atmosphérique (certains arpèges de "Slow" ne sont pas éloignés de celles de Earth) voire funéraire et la mort finit par s'imposer comme la seule évidence possible.
